Ran by Terica Paige a bachelor degreed registered nurse of 9 years, under Medical Direction of Sunil Kurup, MD. Well versed in all injectables to provide you with an enhanced version of yourself. Always keeping safety first and producing aesthetically pleasing results. Medical Clearance is required for all first time clients, to ensure injectables are safe for you. This is $45 separate from your service fee and completed at the time of your appointment. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Credit/Debit, Cherry Payment Plans, Klarna Please be aware when paying with credit or debit there is a 3.5% processing fee. If paying with cherry payment plans after pay affirm or klarna there is a processing fee as well a 6% payment plan surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Rescheduling: • 24+ hours notice: reschedule freely, your existing deposit carries over to the new appointment • Within 24 hours: a 25% fee (of total service cost) applies to reschedule Cancellations: • Any cancellation forfeits the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook • Within 24 hours: deposit forfeited plus the 25% fee Consultations: • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook No-Shows: A 10-minute grace period applies. After that, you’re marked a no-show and your deposit is forfeited. A “no call, no show” results in a 100% service fee charge, deposit forfeiture, and a block on future bookings.
